Tiki Taka Football School was founded with one clear purpose: to create an environment where every child can develop as both a footballer and a person.

From a toddler's first kick of a ball through to our Academy Phase and the Balgonie Player Pathway, every player follows the same philosophy, learns the same principles and is coached with the same passion.

We believe football should be enjoyable, challenging and inspiring. Every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence, develop resilience and experience the excitement of learning in a positive environment.

Our goal is simple: to help every player become the very best version of themselves, both on and off the pitch.

OUR PLAYER PATHWAY

Every child has a clear journey through Tiki Taka Football School.

Football School (18 Months–5 Years)
Developing movement, coordination, confidence and a lifelong love of football through fun, engaging sessions.

Youth Development Phase (5–8 Years)
Building technical ability, creativity and game understanding while encouraging players to play with freedom and confidence.

Academy Phase (6–16 Years)
Academy-style coaching focused on technical excellence, tactical understanding and competitive football within a consistent playing philosophy.

Balgonie Player Pathway (16+ Years)
As the Official Youth Academy of Balgonie Scotia Amateurs, our players have a genuine pathway into senior football while continuing their development within the same football philosophy.
